About this site
CECyTE is the Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos de los Estados — Mexico's network of public science and technology high schools, run state by state under the national education system. Mi Aula ("my classroom") is the name students know for the virtual classroom side of CECyTE: online lessons, study materials, assignments and grades for their campus subjects.
The login question everyone asks
There is no single national Mi Aula website for all of Mexico. The address miaula.cecyte.edu.mx does not resolve as one shared portal, because CECyTE is decentralised: each state CECyTE — CECyTE Jalisco, CECyTE Puebla, and so on — publishes its own virtual classroom link and its own login page for its campuses. If you landed on a generic search result promising one national login, treat it with care.
How to reach your Mi Aula
Start from your own campus. Your state CECyTE website and your school's official notices carry the current classroom link for your plantel, and your teachers announce it at the start of the term. Sign in with the account your campus gave you — usually built from your student registration (matrícula). If the password fails, campus control escolar (school services) is who resets it; a national help desk cannot do it for you.
The national site
The national portal at cecyte.edu.mx carries general information about the CECyTE system, its campuses and programmes, and points you toward the state organisations. It is the right starting point when you do not know your state CECyTE's exact site — but your classes themselves live on your state's platform, not on the national page.
Study tips for the virtual classroom
Check the classroom early in the week rather than the night before a deadline: teachers post materials and tasks per subject, and some campuses count platform activity as part of attendance. Download readings when you have a good connection so a weak signal at home does not block you later.
What you will find inside
Inside your state classroom, each subject has its own space: the teacher's materials and readings, task announcements with delivery dates, forums or messages for questions, and your returned grades. Some campuses also post exam calendars and recovery-activity notices there. Treat the classroom as the official channel — if a date in a chat group disagrees with the date inside Mi Aula, the platform date is the one your teacher will enforce.
